The law firm of Stahl, Bernal, Davies, Sewell & Chavarria is pleased to announce that Jennifer Goodwillie has joined the firm as an associate.

Jennifer joined the firm in 2014. She practices in the firm’s Renewable Energy, Commercial Real Estate, and Natural Resources & the Environment practice groups.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer worked at a renewable energy development company, where she focused on Texas and East Coast wind project development.  She represents clients throughout the country in multiple aspects and phases of both wind and solar project development, including drafting and negotiating land control agreements, guiding projects through permitting requirements, reviewing and curing title and survey issues, and assessing and providing the necessary documentation for the close of project debt and equity financing.

Jennifer received a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was the Chief Articles Editor of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law. She graduated summa cum laude from Bard College at Simon’s Rock with degrees in Geography, Regional Studies & Globalization Theory and Environmental Studies.  She is licensed to practice in Texas.
