Luis Gomez
Luis joined Stahl, Sewell, Chavarria, Friend & Cohen, LLP in 2023. He has experience in commercial real estate transactions, including financing, purchasing, selling, and leasing across various industries. Additionally, he advises clients on the formation of partnerships, operating agreements, tenancy in common agreements, and other matters related to such transactions and projects.
Before joining the firm, Luis was an associate at a California law firm, where he was involved in real estate acquisitions and financing transactions throughout California, Arizona, and Texas. Previously, he worked as a real estate associate for one of the largest Colombian law firms, where he participated in multiple cross-border transactions for the acquisition and development of commercial and renewable resource projects.
Luis received an LLM from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law in 2018 and earned a degree in Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2015.
Luis is licensed to practice law in Texas, Missouri, and Colombia. He is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
