Our Real Estate Law group is recognized for its representation of clients involved in complex purchase and sale transactions, financings, energy projects, leasing and subleasing matters. The commercial real estate area of our work includes representation of clients in acquisitions, sales, leasing, development, and financing of all types of commercial, industrial, residential, retail, renewable energy, condominium regime, and multifamily properties. We assist clients with loan restructures, loan workouts, and discounted note purchase agreements. Additionally, we provide service to our clients in the construction of their projects by negotiating and drafting design and construction agreements, and by providing assistance with construction liens, performance and payment bonds, and other issues that arise during and after construction.
